Following the success of the Oz Rosary earlier this year, a Global Rosary will take place on 7 October, the feast of the Holy Rosary, to unite the entire world in prayer to Our Lady.

Many countries have already signed-on for the global event including Australia, USA, Poland, UK, Ireland, Central and South America, Mexico and India.

Being 15 hours ahead of the USA, Australia will officially kick-off the Global Rosary on the morning of 7 October.

Prayer intentions will be for family, the rekindling of faith and God’s continuing protection. Organisers hope that bishops from each diocese will participate in the event.

To prepare for the Global Rosary, a 54-day “miracle novena” will be prayed, beginning on 15 August, and finishing of the feast of the Holy Rosary, 7 October.

The next Oz Rosary is scheduled for 12 May 2019.
