Merry Christmas!

The Catholic Weekly team would like to wish all our dear readers a very happy and holy Christmas and a wonderful New Year.

We have really enjoyed bringing you a selection of the best Catholic news and views throughout the year and engaging with so many of you online and in person.

Our office closes at 3.30pm on Thursday, 20 December, and our December 30 print edition will be the last one for 2018.

There will be no print edition for the weekend of 5-6 January.

We will take a break over the Christmas and New Year period and return to the office on Wednesday, 2 January, 2019.

In the meantime you will find some news highlights such as Archbishop Anthony Fisher OP’s Christmas message updated on our website catholicweekly.com.au and Facebook page.

We’ve loved getting to know you

We want to use this opportunity to invite you to draw closer to the wonderful The Catholic Weekly community in 2019.

Let’s continue to inform, inspire, encourage and comfort each other in these blessed and challenging times in the Church in Sydney, Australia and throughout the world.

Please remember to let us know if you have any stories to share with us at [email protected] or via Facebook messenger and we will get back to you.

We look forward to getting to know you better, or greeting you for the first time.

God bless,

The Catholic Weekly team
