New course answers what men want

Most read

The Theology of the Body course starting in Berala on 7 March offers men an inspiring vision of who they are called to be for their families, wives, sons, daughters and the world.

A special program showing how St John Paul II’s Theology of the Body can radically change men’s lives for the better will be run at St Peter Chanel Church in Berala commencing on Thursday 7 March.

In a world where most men are taught there’s nothing wrong with pornography and that lust equals love, men are desperately in need of the saint-pope’s amazing insights into sexuality, manhood, gender and marriage.

The latest statistics indicate that around 70 per cent of men in countries like Australia may be addicted to online pornography. The consequences for marriages, families, women and girls – as well as men – are tragic.

A life-changing opportunity

This Theology of the Body program, a profound message of love and human sexuality, has the power to build a new generation of men who are strong for their families and the women and children in their lives.

The Berala course will run for five consecutive Thursdays and all men are invited and welcomed.

It will be facilitated by Ivica Kovac who will also share his own story of discovery and will centre on video presentations by popular author and expert Christopher West.

In the series he sets out a convincing and refreshing road map to living a life of authentic freedom and love for all men, what God’s plan for your future is and how any man, regardless of his previous experience of pornography, can transform his life.

The Theology of the Body course will be held in the multi-purpose room at St Peter Chanel Primary School (entry via Regent St) starting at 7.30pm for five consecutive Thursdays.

The cost is $25 and bookings can be made online at www.trybooking.com/472568.
