Cardinal at All Saints jubilee

MORE than 700 students, staff, parents, parishioners, Patrician Brothers and former students packed All Saints Church for a Mass to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of All Saints Catholic Boys College, Liverpool.

The Archbishop of Sydney, Cardinal George Pell, was principal celebrant at the Mass on Friday, May 14.

Cardinal Pell told the students they should be thankful for all the hard work and dedication the Patrician Brothers have contributed towards the school.

Cardinal Pell concelebrated the Jubilee Mass with Fr Robert Fuller (parish priest at Liverpool), Fr Van Nguyen (assistant priest at Liverpool), Fr Greg McGregor (assistant priest at Liverpool), Fr Philip Linder (Blakehurst parish priest), Fr Brendan Quirk (Arncliffe parish priest), and Fr Paul Venticinque (Lalor Park parish priest).

Special guests included Br Kelvin Canavan, executive director of schools for the Sydney Archdiocese, Br Phil Mulhall, Patrician Brothers superior general, and Br Paul O’Keeffe, Patrician Brothers provincial.
