Catholic women’s forum

The Catholic Women’s Network Sydney – a group of women who come together to share their visions and concerns and to communicate with the Commission of Australian Catholic Women – is holding an open forum on Saturday, March 27.

The forum is an opportunity for women to share their thoughts on the 1999 bishops’ report on the Participation of Women in the Church, to promote the implementation of report’s proposals and to hear representatives of the commission on their activities and plans.

It will be at St Scholastica’s Conference Centre, 2 Arcadia Rd, Glebe, from 9.30am for a 10am start, until 2.30 pm. Cost is $5 at the door. Tea, coffee and juice will be provided.

If you are interested in attending call or write (by March 22) to Pat Morrisey, at 81 Peacock St, Seaforth 2092, or on 9948 8376, or by email to Trish Madigan at pmm@accsoft.com.au
