PALM SUNDAY: Fr Geoffrey Plant, Fr Toan Nguyen, Bishop Julian Porteous and Fr Paul Van Chi Chu bless the palms

“The Pope is reminding us that Jesus is the ultimate answer to the meaning of life.

“Jesus is the Life.”

Bishop Julian, rector of the Good Shepherd Seminary, Homebush, was addressing members of the Vietnamese Youth Association, who gathered at St Luke’s Church, Revesby, to celebrate a Palm Sunday Youth Mass.

During his homily, Bishop Julian spoke about the theme of the Pope’s message for this year’s world youth – “We wish to see Jesus”.
