rite controversial, but ‘a jewel’ | New team looks at needs
After a period of consultation and discussion Bishop Peter Ingham has restructured the Confraternity of Christian Doctrine (CCD) leadership team in the diocese of Wollongong. Two new team members were appointed, Paul Brady as director and Leonie Green as regional co-ordinator for Illawarra and the Shoalhaven. The leadership team now consists of three members. Marie Dubay, the third member of the team, will continue to co-ordinate the Macarthur and Southern Highlands regions. Marie Dubay and Sr Anne O’Connell, the previous leadership team, were thanked for their hard work in the diocese. They have ‘set the scene’ for the new team. Currently the leadership team is conducting a diocesan needs analysis to ascertain the requirements of parishes, catechists and the ministry. In 2002 there were more than 21,000
