Arcadia - all the fun of the fair

Fancy a lovely autumn day in the country for the whole family? The Benedictine Monastery at Arcadia is holding its 38th annual country fair in its 20ha grounds - at 121 Arcadia Rd - from 10.30am next Sunday, March 2.

The fair, sole fundraiser for our Benedictine missionaries in poorer countries - particularly India and Sri Lanka - features healthy country produce, home-made jams and sweets, plants for sale; rides for the kids, lots of prizes, a huge BBQ lunch and hourly tours of the monastery. For information call 9653 1159.
