New role in archdiocese

Love of the Church persuaded Danny Casey to give up his executive position with Sydney lawyers Middletons, Moore and Bevins to work for the Church.

He joins the Sydney Archdiocese this month in a newly created role of business manager.

Danny, an accountant with a Master's degree in economics, has also worked with Energy Australia, as a general manager for Lend Lease and as a consultant.

In his new job, he will administer the archdiocese's financial affairs with the assistance of financial controller, Michael Moore.
