A diary that caters for Catholic needs

With the plethora of corporate and personal diaries on the market it is good to find one that caters for religious, particularly Catholic, needs.

The Australian Religious Diary 2004 contains not only space for daily diary entries and secular information about holidays and days of importance, it lists feast days, daily Mass readings and photographs of religious art.

It also lists major Jewish feasts like Yom Kippur and Hanukkah and the feasts of other denominations, including those of the Anglican, Uniting and Orthodox churches.

The diary has space for personal information, addresses, telephone and email listings, important personal dates, school terms for all states and calendars for 2004 and 2005.

It also contains state specific dates such as public holidays as well as international days of importance including the International Day of Peace and the International Day of Older Persons.

The Australian Religious Diary is a handsome, hardback book with blue ribbon marker.

It features a striking colour cover photograph of the painting Sanctus by Perth-born artist Elizabeth Ford. It also features artwork of 15 other Australian-based artists, including Kathleen Boyle, Cedric Baxter and Terry O’Malley.

The diary is available through your religious book store or from David Lovell Publishing PO Box 822 Ringwood, Victoria 3134 at a recommended retail price of $29.95.

The Catholic Weekly has 10 diaries to give away to readers.

Simply fill in the accompanying coupon and send to Australian Religious Diary, The Catholic Weekly, Polding Centre, Level 8, 133 Liverpool Street, Sydney 2000.
