Altar Servers Guild

A branch of the Guild of St Stephen for Acolytes and Altar Servers has now been established in Melbourne archdiocese.

The guild’s next meeting will be held at the Polish Catholic Centre, 211 Goyder Street, Narrabundah ACT on Monday, February 19, from 2-4pm. A new general executive will be elected at the meeting and all guild members, acolytes and altar servers are invited to participate.

Anyone wanting to know more about the meeting should contact the guild director, Fr John Murphy at the Australian Catholic Migrant and Refugee Office, GPO Box 2720, Canberra ACR 2601. Tel: (02) 6201 9848. Fax: 02 6247 7466. Email: director@acmro.catholic.org.au.

The guild is a public association of Christ’s faithful. Branches in other dioceses may be affiliated with the guild once the bishop has given his consent in writing.
